For many days now I have tried to post this information and finally figured out a way to do it. Unfortuantely, I can only upload a small amount each time, so you will need to go down several posts to start at the beginning. I know you are intelligent and can decifer all of this.
I feel that Metis members in particular and the Metis community in general should be aware of important decisions and events. Docket #2010 -01 is one of them.
